Win Win Resolution is a Vietnam Era Veteran-Owned Small Business that has been serving public agency and business clients for over two decades. At our core, we believe in fostering collaborative relationships and resolving conflicts through innovative methods. Our methodologies encompass active listening, facilitated dialogue, creative strategic thinking, win-win conflict resolution, partnering, and more.
Our extensive clientele includes 16 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Districts, 7 U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Organizations, and many more ranging from Universities to Public School Districts. We have catered to industries as diverse as aviation, defense, education, healthcare, and maritime.
Rich Fisher is an experienced professional, facilitating over 500 Partnering and Mediation sessions in his career spanning over 20 years. Certified by the Washington Mediation Association, Rich is a seasoned expert in various domains including construction, environmental, organizational, and public policy mediation.
Mike Norman, PE combines his extensive construction experience with his facilitative skills, having worked on significant construction projects for organizations such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Navy. Mike’s 25 years in construction and 20 years in Partnering Session facilitation make him an invaluable asset to our team.
