Mike Norman, PE combines his extensive construction experience with his facilitative skills, having worked on significant construction projects for organizations such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Navy. Mike’s 25 years in construction and 20 years in Partnering Session facilitation make him an invaluable asset to our team.
