STRATEGIC PLANNING
Win Win
Resolution uses Creative Strategic Thinking to assist organizations in creating
their ideal vision of success and "working backwards from perfect" to develop
their service mission, economic mission, and the strategies and tactics to
implement the vision. Our success includes:

Strategic planning sessions with the U. S. Section and
then with both the U. S. Section and the Mexican Section of the International
Boundary and Water Commission helped the U. S. Section clarify its priorities
and then helped both Sections jointly develop and implement strategies to
resolve boundary water, health, sanitation, and infrastructure issues.

Physicians and corporate management of American Whole
Health, Inc., a national healthcare practice, resolved conflict and then
developed and
implemented business strategies to achieve the company’s next level of
success.
