Hello, I’m Rich Fisher.  I have 12 years experience helping more than 250 design and construction project teams build large, complex public works and private projects on time/on budget. I’m also a Certified Construction Mediator.

My business partner, Mike Norman, is a construction professional with 20 years experience building large, complex projects. 

Our Partnering Program builds project teams quickly and sets them to work immediately developing the elements of their Partnering relationship, including the Partnering Charter, Issue Resolution Ladder and Partnering Evaluation process, and then using these tools to resolve project issues. Team members take this experience into the field to successfully resolve project issues as they come up.  Our Partnering program is fast paced, interactive, and fun.
