We are available for drafting or reviewing proposed project documents.  In line with the WinWin philosophy, we emphasize dispute prevention in our review.  We believe that equitable contract provisions are, in the long run, the least cost avenue for project completion.

Project Monitoring

We can monitor project progress on virtually any basis, ranging from a full time presence to a monthly “touch and go”.  Our review focuses on uncovering project issues, and encouraging the parties to resolve their issues as they occur.

Independent Technical Evaluation

To the extent that a party to a contract believes that they have been adversely impacted by project events, we are available to review the project, and make specific recommendations as to the entitlement of any party to additional compensation or time, and the dollar amount or days (if any) that would yield an equitable result to the parties.
